Looks adjustable but it's not however you can fold it over and make it tighter but then it gets bulky feeling. Also it says right or left but I bought it for my left and it definitely looks backwards. Overall it's okay

How to Wear:

1. Thread your thumb (left / right hand) into the special thumb hole.
