The tear drip earrings are beautiful but the wrong necklace was sent plus the clasp doesn’t work correctly. Delivery did not take long.

A damaged and incorrect item was sent. Been emailing with merchant for an entire week they cannot ship the purchased item (claiming it is out of stock) and presently refusing to refund. Hopefully Groupon can step in. This is an absolutely terrible order experience and I do not recommend it / them.
