Shipped promptly. This bp cuff is great! The velcro is similar to some of the cuffs at doctors' offices. One thing - on my shipment, I was a little concerned because the site didn't say that the item had shipped, but it did arrive on time. (I do believe that clicking on the the tracking number would show the correct info - discovered after arrival.)
