Troubleshooting: Powerbeats Pro Not Pairing
- Perform a Hard Reset: Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open. Press and hold the system button inside the case for 15 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and white. This signals the earbuds are ready to pair again.
- Check Charge & Connections: If one or both earbuds fail to pair, they may be out of charge or not properly seated in the case. A minimum 5-minute charge is recommended for initial setup. For best results, charge for 15–30 minutes, or allow approximately 1.5 hours for a full charge.
- Forget and Re-Pair: On your iPhone or Android device, go to Bluetooth settings, select Powerbeats Pro, choose “Forget This Device,” then restart the pairing process.
- Manual Pairing Mode: If automatic pairing fails, open the charging case near your unlocked phone, press and hold the system button for 5 seconds until the light blinks, then select Powerbeats Pro from your Bluetooth menu.
