The bObsweep does sweep pretty well. We have hard floors and large rugs, but no carpet. It never finds it way back to the charger, so we have to be careful not trip on it in the morning (you never know where it will be). Also it makes an annoying beep in the middle of the night if it gets stuck.

I'm going to return it for a refund. Bob is costing me more time to monitor it than it would to just vacuum. I can't trust him in the room alone. He has gotten stuck under our treadmill and wrapped in cords twice. He doesn't transition well from tile to area rug or from carpeting to wood flooring. We have a plush area rug in our family room that I wanted to use Bob on every day-- he can't handle it. Too thick. He keeps deploying himself automatically after I think he's "put to bed for the night." Concerns me! Because we have a dog that sheds, I get a full canister when using our Dyson on a single level of our home. Bob barely picks up a handful. Ugh! Suffice it to say, I'm not happy with him!
