It works well. I even sleep in my vest. At first I thought it was too small but then I realized that I had to put it on slowly and had no trouble with it being snug.

I like my vest I wear it when I go walking. After walking and removing your vest you will be completely wet. I am hoping I will sweat off some pounds in the upper part of my body.
