Everything about the purchase was great, except the packaging/securing of the shampoo and conditioner nozzles. ALOT leaked out and sloshed around during delivery. So much so, that the box it was packed in was wet and squishy. Lost some product... bummer. A gooey mess opening my delivery. Need to tape those pop-top lids down man. Gorilla tape those suckers!
