WalSlide Original is a wall-mounted, lightweight exercise station for use with resistance exercise bands and tubing. This Adjustable Height Overhead Section is an optional accessory that expands the capabilities of the WalSlide. This 2' horizontal overhead section operates the same way the vertical sections do. Once the anchor is locked in place, bands, tubing or the pulley system can be attached and exercising can begin. Incorporating the overhead section adds a new plane of motion for your body to exercise on, allowing more areas to be targeted more effectively and adding even more multi-functionality to the WalSlide. Please note, this is the Adjustable Height Overhead Section of the WalSlide Original only. WalSlide Exercise Station, exercise bands and tubing are available separately. Can be used standing or sitting, allowing users to work at a pace comfortable to them. Easy to clean needing just a warm damp cloth and some mild soap.
