The cast-iron skillet 12” is designed for multiple cooking techniques. 12” cast-iron skillet can be used as a slow cooker, frying pan, high-heat searer, roaster, and braiser. Main reason why cooks and chefs love cast iron skillets is because it heats far more evenly than pans made from thinner materials.
Large skillet measures 18"L x 12"W x 2.25"H. Suitable for all cooktops such as grill, oven, stove, induction. Oven safe up to 450° F.

Long handle with one loop helper handle provides comfortable grip and easy handling, the hole at the end of long handle is convenient for hanging storage. Two pouring spouts allow controlled transfer of contents.
Before first use, please rinse the skillet with hot water (without soap or detergent), then dry completely.
For best cooking results, cook at medium or low heat and apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the cookware’s cooking surface before each use.
Oven safe to 450° F. Ideal for use on any cooktop, including induction.
Do not slide pan on stovetop.
Be careful to use a mitt to handle the hot skillet. Allow the skillet to cool before washing. Hand wash with warm water. Not dishwasher safe.
DO NOT use soap or detergents. Avoid using steel wool or scouring pads.
To remove stubborn residues, scrub with a mild abrasive, like coarse salt, and a nonmetal brush to avoid scratching the coating.
Stored with cooking oil in a cool dry place. Cover with a paper towel to protect it from dust.
Use bamboo or silicone spatula to cook rather than using metal cookware to avoid scratching the coating and prevent rusting.
If the skillets are not dry completely before storage, it may develop rusty spot over time. We suggest scrubbing it with stiff nylon brush and re-season it.
Traditional cast iron skillet is manufactured from sand mold, which gives the skillet that typical sand-textured rough cooking surfaces. The skillet is pre-seasoned with 100% vegetable oil to get you started and ready to use. You could also reseason the skillet if needed. The more you cook, the smother the surface will become!
