When I received the item the purse was dirty and the items inside were broken. and I still haven't received anything back from the company about the situation after notifying them how I received the item. The purse was supposed to be a gift for my daughters birthday on July 30. But, I see she will not be getting it as a gift now, very disappointed and upset. The company told me they would get back with me in 24 to 48hours I still haven't received any feed back from the company yet sad.... to hear that they don't take care of there business like they should. It seems there just collecting funds from customers. A untruss worthy company to count on. If I was (Groupon) I would be very upset because there backing a company who is making them look bad. Don't put up with it (Groupon) handle it!!!!
