I have major back issues, I’ve had surgeries and metal implants in my shoulder and back so when I tell you this is one of the best toppers I have ever had I mean it, it’s helped tremendously! I am pain free throughout my days now! Don’t walk.. RUN to get one. It makes a great gift also if you know anyone with back issues
