The filing cabinet is as described, and I like the fact that it is preassembled. However, the lock was slightly tiled at first, and I struggled to figure out how to fix the lock... I eventually got it by bending the metal bar downwards. There are two small dents, likely from transportation, but it really does not affect the product or even the overall look. Delivery got delayed and was much longer than expected, BUT Groupon customer service contacted me first to address the issue and handled it SO well. My experience with customer service makes me want to do more shopping in the Groupon marketplace.
