HORRIBLE. I DID NOT receive my WHOLE couch. I only received one BOX yes I said BOX and not the 3 seat part. Then trying to get in contact with customer service or the company is null and void. I want a FULL REFUND! And it should be noted on Groupon that for this “couch” it has to be assembled 😳
