The product stopped charging 2 days after receiving it. The seller seemed concerned with helping me to replace it. However communication took multiple days at a time for a response. Then when I reached out about the replacement not arriving with in the time stated. I was told I provided an incorrect address and to reach out to the carrier. Though I was never provided any tracking for the replacement and the address that was used did not separate my unit number and the city. Which would have been entered on the label when it was printed not when I submitted my shipping address. I'm still with no product, refund, or a response when I asked for tracking.

My wife tried to put the batteries in, and it wouldn’t work so when she tried to flip the batteries, the whole thing came apart in pieces. Never got to use it once. Straight to the trash.
