Other than one latch loose (not properly welded) it holds my escape artist & is the first crate my boy has not broken out of or damaged. I’m so happy with this one.

Looked like it was run over, bent badly and th tie wraps were already cut like it might have been returned before.

I am very unhappy with this transaction. The crate arrived broken in a damaged box. I went to Groupon for help they said it could not be exchanged because it’s a large item and if I return it I could not get my money back or a new crate I can only get Groupon credit. This has now changed the way I will be buying online.

I have been having this crate for a year now and it served its justice. The only problem I have was after I pressure washed it the weld spots broke which can be very dangerous for what ever animal is inside!!

Ordered two of these. One arrived with the bottom tray cracked. I contacted GoPetClub and was told the trays were on backorder and they would let me know in about two weeks when they were available again. I emailed again three weeks later and got no response. Bars are not that strong. Our Aussie was able to bend some of the bars within 24 hours and pop them off.
