Although nothing will stop a determined thief this will slow them down a little. I was quite surprised at the quality and the robustness of the metal and the locking system. I got much more than I paid for, which is always a good thing.

Don't waste your money buying this for an RV tire. It does not open wide enough to secure a trailer tire.
