Vacuum received was a corded shark vacuum but I didn’t realize it in time to return or refuse. At least it works decently.

I am a bit upset and have no way of knowing how to get what I wanted. I wanted Hoover cordless vacuum and got a shark it’s definitely not what I wanted.only thing right was the color

Well first thing... it’s not cordless?!? Secondly, it’s not what I purchased! I purchased a HOOVER, but received a SHARK!? Lastly, when it arrived it smelled like cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t subtle. The only right was the color.
If I could rate my this, and my recent Groupon experience I wouldn’t even give it a star.
