I purchased this refurbished HP Chromebook expecting it to be in working condition, but it doesn’t operate properly at all. From the moment I turned it on, it’s been nothing but problems — it freezes, won’t stay connected to Wi-Fi, and sometimes won’t even power on. I followed all setup instructions, reset it multiple times, and even charged it overnight, but nothing helped.
This is not what I expected from a refurbished product that was supposed to be “tested and guaranteed to work.” It feels more like a broken return that was just resold. Very disappointed in the quality control and would not recommend this purchase to anyone.

The computer turned on, but it did nothing else. I couldn't run the browser. I couldn't open any apps or anything on it and they're giving me a hard time to return it.
