The computer itself is in excellent condition and delivery was fast. But upon booting the notice that the Chrome OS was on its last and final update appeared, meaning the computer will be shortly worthless for accessing many websites. I am disappointed and suggest that information on OS age and longevity be included in each offering.

Product was filthy. This chromebook is so old that it's no longer eligible for updates. It doesn't mention this any place in the fine print. No instruction booklet.

Terrible, has scratches all over it. I figured I could deal with it, long as it worked. However, it ran super slow. Not worth my time or money. I emailed them for an opportunity to return a couple days after receiving it, never got a response back. Thank goodness it was only $60. There are other laptops on Groupon that are good, so don’t despair. I ordered another one by a different brand on Groupon and it works great. Not sure what happened with this one. I’m not one to leave many reviews, but terrible product and no response for return or even a “thank you for your inquiry“ email was a huge turnoff.
