Good To Know:
-The flour and water mixing ratio is supposed to 5:2.
-The width of the dough is 0.57in (maximum).
-Please cut the blended dough into slices (about 0.39in thickness), sprinkle some dry flour, put it into the pressure roller, and roll it with the hand crank.
-Switch the dough grade knob in order. Level 1-5 is for noodles, and level 1-6 is for ravioli.
-Please roll the hand crank clockwise to complete the noodles. Anticlockwise not allowed, or it will be damage to the pasta cutter.
-There are 6 holes on the inner surface of dough grade knob, which are to hold the settings steadily.
