I ordered this in March and still waiting to receive. I realize it’s coming out of NY but I haven’t received any info and there is no way to contact the company or Groupon. I fell like my money was stolen!!

SCAM! I received tracking info and a delivery notification that the chromebook was delivered to my mailbox, (which it wouldnt fit in) checked in less than 10 minutes of claimed delivery time and there was no package. Filing a fraud claim against BH Classics.

Buyer beware! They give you the wrong tracking number so it shows as delivered. I never received the chromebook, and never heard back from my request to customer support. These guys are thieves.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! SCAM! They scammed me and switched the address mid-delivery to a vacant address, and sent a box that does NOT even have a laptop! I‘m still waiting to hear back from Groupon’s lack of customer support related to this issue so I can get my money back & they no longer allow this merchant to “sell” AKA steal money from customers.
