I recieved my order but i got it its been used and broken it is not what i asked and ordered. It was a bad expierence. I ordered a brand new one from a brand new package.

Probably a defect but brand new out the box, it I can receive and hear voice calls but the other party can’t hear me, whether they or I call. Will be returning for replacement.
