I purchased a perfume that had a photo of the “Daisy” perfume. I received the “Dot” perfume. Through numerous emails, Fragrances4ever has repeatedly told me that I ordered the Dot and it was my error, not theirs. After a dozen back and forth emails, including snark telling me to check my own order details, they finally sent me my order receipt/invoice. And— there is no indication ANYWHERE that I purchased the wrong perfume. The photo clearly shows the “Daisy” perfume. At this point, they are only going to keep coming back with “you ordered the wrong one” which is simply not correct. There is only a vague “MJ1011” which 1. I googled and it came up with no results and 2. I am hoping this isn’t the model number they’re expecting me to somehow know by heart. I hate to write reviews but I had to because they are not at all motivated to fix this issue nor admit they made a mistake with the ordering process. I’m so frustrated, I just want to send this thing back and get a refund but they are making ME pay for shipping (and are preferring to go back and forth rather than offer an easy return process)
