Everything was as expected. This one is better for my hair type than the other Mason Pearsons I bought to try. The bristles are much more flexible for finer hair than the Handy Boar and Popular Nylon & Boar. The size is a little slimmer than the Popular. No issues with packaging and delivery was very fast. Great price for what the product is going for at other places.

This is the perfect brush for fine, delicate wavy hair to keep the scalp and strands healthy. Accept no substitutes!

THE BRISTLES ARE SPLITTING AND BENT IN HALF. Seller offered no advice or help. I’m so disappointed! $200 for a hairbrush with bristles breaking left and right. I’m horrified.
