The item received was definitely not the same item described. I received a large regular microfiber towel. There are no pockets & it’s not shaggy like described or in the photo. Not sure who’s making the error here but it happened 4x already so I’m just getting a refund. My guess: The company (downtownsupply.com) is putting the wrong product in the packaging.
