When I received my backpack the front pocket was not fully attached so I contacted the vendor and they immediately sent out a replacement! Awesome customer service and a PERFECT PACK! I would give them 10 stars ⭐️ if I could!! I love my bag great quality and just the right size with great pockets to keep everything organized!! I would definitely recommend this pack!!
