Ideal for teeth whitening:
Submerge the mouth trays into more than 80C hot water for 5 seconds, remove the tray from the hot water and let it cool for 10 seconds.
Place the trays on your teeth to form an impression.
Trim the formed trays, cutting at the gum-line.
Apply the whitening gel in each tray to whiten your teeth.

Steps Tips:
You mould the trays to your teeth by holding them by the tab in hot water for approx. 5 seconds to soften it.
Step 1: 70-80° Hot water and pour it in a clean dish and allow to cool for 30 seconds
Step 2: Hold the tray by the tab and submerge in hot water for 3 to 5 seconds to soften
Step 3: Place the softened tray into your mouth and bite down whilst at the same time pressing it against the front of your mouth with your fingers
Step 4: Remove the tabs and mark the tray for the set of teeth it has been moulded to. Repeat the process for the other tray
Please Note: The trays will be hot when placing them in your mouth so exercise care.
