I had low expectations as I did some research. I wasn't interested in spending a large sum of money, and this mattress was priced just right. My wife and I have had the absolute best sleep ever. I am recommending this to our aunt.

Every part of the process was as expected. the only issue was not a big concern, but worth mentioning : The box the Nap Queen was shipped in had broke open on both end (Top & Bottom) and split entirely open on one whole side seam. The Mattress was protected by the heavy plastic sleeve inside so not damage was found. But (Just) the box was clearly re-taped a few times and arrived in tatters after the delivery process. A second comment (also not a big problem but worth mentioning) I ordered the 12" Queen (the biggest option available ) and it doesn't actually expand to 12" once its rested for 72hr, but only measures to almost 10.5" . Not a deal breaker but slightly misses the Item advertised Specifications I believed I would receive. Overall there were not real issues and the nap Queen is a good mattress and sleeps comfortably
