    Switch Celsius and Fahrenheit(°C/°F):

    1. Press and hold the "Set" button for 2 seconds to display "F1" on the screen.

    2. Press the "VOL"/"LOG" keys until it shows "°F" on screen, then press the "measure button" to select it.

    Switch "Body" and "Surface Temperature" mode:

    There are 2 modes of the device, "Body" and "Surface Temperature", please choose the correct mode when you use it. Short press the "Set" key to switch the "Body" and "Surface Temperature" mode.

    Troubleshooting:

  • Can not turn on:
    Confirm the batteries type are 1.5V new ALKALINE BATTERIES instead of rechargeable batteries.
    Follow the "+" and "-" signs on the compartment when installing batteries, there will be a "beep" sound when batteries are installed properly.
  • Device alarms but the screen don't display:
    low battery power, please use new batteries and try.

    Note:

    Please keep 1.2-2" no-contact distance to ensure an accurate result, the temperature may be inaccurate if the distance is longer than the standard, the measuring error is ±0.2°C/0.36°F
