So far it’s been a great Mother’s Day gift for my daughter. The pad is lower quality but in general it wasn’t hard to assemble. And it matches her existing outdoor furniture.

I purchased three of these Lounge beds, I put one together immediately and did not like it (didn't even open the other two boxes). It was cheaply made so I contacted Customer Service an hour after it was delivered to return the three boxes. First I was told to take a picture of the items. So I took a picture of the one opened box and the two closed boxes. I had already disassembled when I saw how cheaply made it was. All the response I get is "We are Working on it" (e-mail comes at 2:00 a.m.). How hard is it to give me three shipping labels so I can send back and get my $565. refund. I am getting NO HELP . I don't know what else to do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY WMART thru Groupon. I have never ordered anything big from Groupon before, lots of little things and never had a problem. I wish someone would give me darn shipping labels and my money back!!!!!!
