· What is the power supply for the Splash Runner? The Splash Runner uses 12 D-cell batteries (6 per motor). Batteries are not included.

· Can the Splash Runner be used with rechargeable batteries? Yes, the Splash Runner works with Ni-MH rechargeable D-cell batteries. Your performance may vary slightly depending on the model, capacity, and charge percentage of your rechargeable batteries.

· Can the Splash Runner be used in saltwater? The Splash Runner can be used in saltwater, but it should be rinsed with fresh water completely after each use. Failure to rinse off the saltwater may damage the materials and cause performance issues over time.

· How long will the batteries last in my Splash Runner? The battery life for the Splash Runner depends on how it is being used. In relatively heavy use where the throttle is being used frequently, the batteries should last for at least 10-12 uses. In lighter use, like when an adult uses the motors to reposition in the pool but isn’t using the throttle frequently, the batteries should last 20 uses or more.

· How fast does the Splash Runner move? The Splash Runner was designed to move around the pool at a cruising speed of about 3 miles per hour. Actual speed may vary depending on weather conditions, battery charge, and passenger weight.

· Are batteries included in the Splash Runner? No, batteries are not included.

Troubleshooting

· My motor is not turning on. Check that batteries are inserted correctly, matching the polarity (+ and -) as marked inside the battery lid. Make sure that the batteries you are using are fresh and fully charged. Make sure the electrical plug between the propeller assembly and the battery compartment is securely connected. Make sure the battery lid assembly is completely screwed into place. If the lid is loose or installed unevenly, the batteries may not be connected. Re-position so that the lid is seated evenly and screwed down completely.

· I can’t get the battery lid to screw onto the battery compartment. The lid can only be installed in one direction. To ensure a good connection, position the lid so that the joystick is pointing in the same direction as the “1 Arrow” shown on the battery compartment tube.

· Once the lid is in the correct position, squeeze the lid onto the battery compartment and install the screw cap. You may need to press down on the lid to securely connect the screw cap to the screw post.

· I accidentally damaged my inflatable lounger. Can I repair it? Your Splash Runner includes a repair kit that can be used to repair small tears and punctures in the PVC. The repair kit includes waterproof silicone glue and three circular PVC patches. Simply apply the silicone glue to the PVC patch and place the patch over the damaged area of the float. Allow at least 24 hours for the glue to dry before putting your Splash Runner back in the water.
