Given the legal and functional issues with this device, Groupon is sickening and I cannot get a refund for this product. There is a serious issue with a phone I purchased through your platform. Upon attempting to set up the SIM card with AT&T, I received the following messages: "Unpaid Device Message: Hi, it's AT&T. Looks like you're trying to use a device associated with a different account, and the device has an unpaid AT&T installment plan. To stay connected to the AT&T network, update your SIM to a different device. To learn more, go to www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1509747" "Unpaid Device Message: You're still trying to use a device with an unpaid AT&T installment plan. To stay connected to the AT&T network, update your SIM to a different device. To learn more, go to www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1509747" After calling AT&T customer service, we were informed that the device is reported as stolen and is associated with an unpaid installment plan. As a result, the phone is unusable on the network. This was not disclosed at the time of purchase, and I am extremely concerned about having received a stolen device through your platform. Additionally, the phone has a significant glitch where it becomes increasingly unusable until it must be restarted. The screen interface gradually stops responding, and once it becomes unresponsive, I have to wait for the phone to die before being able to restart and use it again.
