Phone was supposed to be new..it wasn't It was a refurbished in a refurbished box It had none of th Samsung Apps had to doenload all & update system for days They lied about the product classic bate and swith & after receiving I read reviews on the company that sold it & they were absolutely horrible & a very bad report fom BBB. I should jave read first, so I over paid and got less quality all because I felt safe ordering from Groupon...But Groupon me down & after reading about the countlees people who got really stuck ordering through Groupon...I learned my lesson... I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM GROUPON AGAIN...

Merchant Marketplace (Groupon) I purchased a phone from this seller. Received a phone that did not work returned it and this is what they had to say. This is not our phone. It doesn't match up with our records of imei numbers and we don't even carry S10 phones, we sold you the S10+. Maybe you purchased this phone from a different merchant on Groupon and there is some confusion. We are sending this phone back to you and there is nothing we can do.
