I have used this product for many years. I have bought this on Groupon a few times and had no problems. This time, however, it was blatantly obvious it was not the product I have ordered and used many times. It did not have the same smell, consistency, or performance as Sebastian Penetrait conditioner does. I conveyed this to customer service, they made me send pics of the bottom of the bottle (numbers), then told me it was "fine." It was a slap in the face. Groupon will not admit that they have sellers of fraudulent products. Yeah, the bottle is legit, but the product inside is not! Don't let them gaslight you! Do not buy this product. They are as bad as Amazon with fraudulent products!!
