I just started it today as I wanted to detox and see if I can get any energy. I have diabetes and would love a B12 injections but no one gives them anymore.

My husband and I have tried and liked these in the past, but it seemed that the last organic B-12 didn't help with energy at all. Maybe we got a bad batch, although the others have been very good. Otherwise they were ok, but not the better one.
