    3. Please include a copy of your invoice, and order number with a breif explanation for the return

This is not the product I remember ordering. I wanted something with suction and this isn't it. It doesn't even have a steam feature. I could get one of these from swiffer for a way lower price. And, it's brown not white. I asked the company to offer me a full refund once I send it back, but I haven't heard back yet
