The customer service was excellent, however the sound quality (for me) was poor. The highs were too high and the bass was lacking for my ears. I love music and love to FEEL the music not just hear it and these did not satisfy my craving. I have skullcandy ear buds and they're amazing but for almost $80 thses just were not worth it.

Not bad. Love the color and the comfort on the ears. Sound isn’t as pristine as I would like but there was no huge expectation that it would be. I’m satisfied with my purchase for now.
