I ordered this on December 11th as a Christmas gift for my grandson. By December 22nd I was panicking because it still had not shipped out. I tried calling the company to see if we could just go pick it up as it was only an hour away from where I live. No response! I finally received the watch on January 4th…I just think it is ridiculous!

Precise for my husband. It was not a good watch. It did not do any of what it was supposed to do but tell time. Did not even keep step count correctly.

It randomly resets. It does not keep track of my sleep. I have to continuously reconnect it to the app to keep an accurate time. When I have to do that, I lose my steps for the day.

DO NOT BUY THIS! IT DOES NOT WORK. GROUPON HAS BEEN E MAILED 5 times and the merchant has not responded yet! And I still haven’t had any help with getting my money back!
