I just used this for the first time yesterday and my hair still got wet, so I’m hoping that I just put it on wrong. I’m not used to wearing the swim caps, but I have a lot of highlights in my hair and the goal was to keep my hair dry to protect it from the chlorine. I’ll try again in a day or two. On the plus side, it’s very soft and doesn’t tangle in your hair.
