Item never received. I updated my information in my profile associated with our move to AZ. All updates were made except our shipping address. The item was shipped to our previous address. We had this happen with another company. Maybe Groupon uses the same website vendor. We would like the product that we paid for.

Never received. Your system did not fill the shipping address with the billing address as requested. It defaulted the shipping firm old records. As you can see our profile was updated regarding our move to Arizona. The change of shipping address did not take. It was auto filled with previous information. We have had the same problem with another provider. They admitted the problem and rectified their error. We have heard NOTHING from Groupon.
