I had a heated water bowl for the feral cats, but when the temps dipped into the teens I needed something to heat the food. This has been great. I am able to put the food out and not worry if it will freeze overnight and the cats won’t be able to eat.

I am so happy I ordered the Thermo-Kitty Cafe-Heated Cat Bowls. I have been feeding two stray cats and now that it is winter, I don't need to worry about their water being iced completely over and I can give them some wet food in addition to dry food.

I use this to keep water in for the birds during are freezing spells. Can’t keep up with the summer bird bath from freezing . This is a bit deep for the birds so I add a couple of rocks they can step on while drinking. This is up on a rack to elevate and entice the winged creatures to partake.
