Battery Testing Tips
You can test rechargeable batteries or standard alkaline with the BT-168 battery tester. Be aware that rechargeable batteries are a little lower voltage (1.2V) even fully charged compared to alkaline batteries (1.5V). They’ll operate well even when reading yellow or on the low end of green. When testing, always make sure the negative terminal is positioned near the T-arm on the device. Button batteries will indicate the negative end.

Please FULLY charge your rechargeable batteries before first use. When in doubt, charge your batteries overnight (8 hours).
Please fully cycle your Li-ion batteries (fully charge, then fully discharge them) at least once before regular use.
