I am still trying to determine the benefits of the gummies. The B-12 patches seem to help with my energy up beat a bit. Without the jitters. I received it in a fairly good span of time. Would order again.

The tumeric is so strong it turned my dentures yellow and I can’t clean them I even tried peroxide I have less energy then before. What am I doing wrong
