I ask for silver but instead u sent gold I did not want gold I want silver how did they get that mess up how when in my order it’s silver not what I wanted

I received the product rather quickly, beautiful device and worked great. I don’t know if I just got a faulty one or what but the piece that holds it to the vent snapped in half, no problem right, not everything is perfect! I emailed the seller for an exchange, because I wanted the exact same one, because, again, I love the device. My new one has been in pre-shipment for almost a week now!!
