Since my previous communication on or around December 20th, I was quite dissatisfied. I did not receive the sneakers I had ordered and paid for on the order date. Upon reaching out to the seller and company, I expressed my concern about receiving an incorrect item instead of the sneakers. The company and seller offered to keep the incorrect item at no additional cost and immediately reship the correct item. I was initially skeptical, as the delivery status indicated the package had been delivered to the wrong location. After following up, I was able to receive the item three days later. I am impressed by the responsiveness and dedication of the company. I must provide a positive review - the product is well-made, extremely comfortable, with quality craftsmanship and great soles. The sneakers are also easy to put on and off. I would definitely consider purchasing more merchandise from the company. Plus,the cowgirl hat is of great quality as well,now that I'm calm enough to look at it.Kudos seller/shipper.Well done a grateful customer.
