The ordering process was not difficult - the web site is helpful and easy to follow. The quality of the cases we received was amazing! So clear and sharp! Will definitely order from them again. One note - a photo from further out works much better than a close up photo. You are able to zoom in easily, however cannot make a photo much smaller at all.
