I want this for my 7yr old granddaughter. Baby sister has cancer and test and going to multiple surgeries. It's tough just say the least and I noticed she was worried looking and not typical goofy self. We first wrote this together last night and she was engaged in the breathing and the message. I hope this "tool" helps her feel some outlet & release of anxiety and worry

Great for helping my 5 yr old veeeeery active son visualize why/how to use breath. We’re big meditators- this book is helping bring our son into the fold. Fun, simple, interactive and beautiful. And not too long 👍
