About Nerf

The Nerf brand began with just one product: a 4” foam ball designed to be thrown indoors. Its packaging promised, “you can’t damage lamps or break windows. You can’t hurt babies or old people.” By the end of its first year in business, it had sold more than 4 million of the simple toys.
