Sorry for the confusion! You can find the tracking information in the "My Groupons" section of your account. It sounds like the tracking information isn't available yet.

Most orders are delivered within 2 1/2 weeks from the purchase date.

Q:

Can you change millimeters into inches? Is it one inch, half inch? I need to know which one to order by size I understand! TY

Diana M.  asked on  Mar 12, 2013

A:

You can easily convert millimeters to inches by using your preferred search engine (e.g. Google, Bing, etc.)! For example, just search "25mm to inches" and the conversion will be calculated.

25mm = 0.98 inches
32mm = 1.26 inches

Q:

What temperature does it heat up to and how thick is the barrel? Thank you.

Popie P.  asked on  Mar 11, 2013

A:

These curling wands heat up to 210°C (410°F). There are two size options available with this deal: 25- or 32-millimeters.

Q:

Are there different temperatures you can adjust to? Or does the wand automatically heat to one set temperature? And if it does, what is that temperature?

Keren B.  asked on  Mar 11, 2013

A:

There is one heat setting. It reaches 210°C (410°F).

Q:

How do you wrap your hair around a clamp free curler?

Sharelle J.  asked on  Mar 10, 2013

A:

This purchase includes a heat-resistant glove that protects hands during curling sessions.

Patrick S.  from  Groupon  replied on  Mar 11, 2013

A:

You will wrap the hair around the wand with your hand. Here are the instructions for the curling iron:

For the best results, make sure your hair is clean before curling.
Brush your hair to eliminate any knots or tangles.
Plug in your NuMe Curling Wand, and put the Heat Resistant Glove on whichever hand will not be holding the Wand.
Separate a small section of your hair (approximately 1" x 1" thick). Note: the size of the section you separate affects the size and crispness of the curl. Smaller sections will give you tighter curls, while larger sections will result in big, loose curls.
Holding the Wand at a downwards angle, wrap the small section of hair around the wand. The roots of your hair should be near the base of the Wand.
Hold the hair in place for approximately 10 seconds.
Slip the Wand out of the curl (don't just unravel it).
Rock out with your curls out!

I know it says free returns but under the return policy it says something about beauty items not being able to be returned. Does that apply to this, in case it does not work with my hair? Thank you.
