Q:

Please tell me what country this product is made in.

Catherine H.  asked on  Jul 24, 2013

A:

The ORA roller is made in Korea. The ORA Needle Roller is made with the finest ingredients and uses titanium for the needles. As with anything, needle rollers are not created equal and quality is key when using needle therapy on your face and body. Each ORA roller has 540 needles that are arranged in precise rows, whereas many other rollers have uneven rows leading the treatment area to have sub-optimal results and greater discomfort.

Q:

So is this kind of like one of those deep pore cleansing brushes, like the Clarisonic?

Natalie K.  asked on  Jul 24, 2013

A:

This is a dermal roller, which is used to open microchannels in the skin and stimulate collagen. It is not a cleansing brush but instead has needles on a roller that penetrate the skin.

Q:

It's cheaper on Amazon - why buy from you.

Dorothy C.  asked on  Jul 24, 2013

A:

The ORA Skin-Resurfacing Microneedle Roller System is not sold on Amazon. The retail cost for the ORA Skin-Resurfacing Microneedle Roller System is $150.00; it cannot be reasonably compared to cheaper dermal rollers that may be of lower quality.

Does this length of needle encourage collagen growth? I have read that this length is mainly for product absorption. Is this true?

Diane D.  asked on  Jul 22, 2013

A:

The length of the needle for the ORA Skin-Resurfacing Microneedle Roller System encourages both collagen growth and product absorption.
